Amaze WALLET (the app) and its services, contents and products therein (together “Services”) are provided by Keigen Technologies UK Limited, Amber Business Enterprise Limited and Amazing Technologies Limited (“we”,“our” or “us”). We are the controllers of personal data obtained via our app and website, meaning we are the organisations legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes it is used.

We take your privacy very seriously. Please read this privacy policy carefully as it contains important information on who we are and how and why we collect, store, use and share any information relating to you (your personal information) in connection with your use of our Services. It also explains your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us or the relevant regulator in the event you have a complaint. Our collection, storage, use and sharing of your personal data is regulated by relevant laws.

We do our best to minimize the amount of personal information that we collect from users of our Services.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Your contact information, such as your phone number, or email address (depending on how you contact us), may be collected when you communicate with us for support, or if you report a bug or other error related to our Services or when you interact with us through social media. When you use our Services, we process PUBLIC wallet addresses that you generate through our Services.

For example, IP address, device type, IMEA numbers, MAC address of networks, other unique device identification, device operating system, browser type, mobile network information, app version number, storage usage, data usage, time zone settings etc.

You must provide that information to use our Services unless we tell you that you have a choice.

Sometimes you can choose if you want to give us your information and let us use it. Where that is the case we will tell you and give you the choice before you give the information to us. We will also tell you whether declining to share the information will have any effect on your use of our Services.

Permission will be requested to use the storage, audio recorder, camera on your device in order to enable the augmented reality features in the app.

You may disable the app’s access to the storage, audio recorder and camera on your device at any time although that will mean that the augmented reality feature on the app is no longer available.

Data gathered by the storage, audio recorder and camera for such purposes remains under your control on the device and we do not have access to it.


We collect information from you directly when you input it into our app or website, or indirectly, such as your activity while using the app. We use anonymisation techniques. Anonymisation is a data processing technique that removes or modifies personally identifiable information; it results in anonymised data that cannot be associated with any one individual. It’s also a critical component of our commitment to privacy.


Under data protection law, we can only use your information if we have a proper reason, eg:

  • where you have given consent
  • to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
  • for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or

Information about our users is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our users’ personal information to others. These third-party services providers only have access to certain Personal Information, such as your public Wallet addresses, to perform their functions and may not use it for other purposes. Furthermore, they must process the personal information in accordance with our contractual agreements and only as permitted by applicable data protections laws.


Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, user information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy notice (unless, of course, the user consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that our Services or substantially all of its assets are acquired, users’ information will be one of the transferred assets. We may share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners- like publishers, advertisers, developers, or right holders.

We primarily use the limited information that we collect to enhance our Services. Except if we sell all or a portion of our business, or as otherwise described below, we do not rent, trade, or sell your Personal Information. Additionally, we may combine aggregate information from the pixel tags, and web beacons, with similar data we collect from other visitors to help us improve our Services. When doing so, we do our best to ensure that aggregated information cannot be linked back to you.

Agents or Third Party Partners We may provide your Personal Information to our employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and designees (“Agents”) to enable them to perform certain services for us, including improvement of website-related services and features, and performance of maintenance services.

Any data that is no longer needed for purposes specified in the “HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE GATHER WITH THIRD PARTIES” section will be deleted after ninety (90) days. Wallet addresses created through our app cannot be deleted from the blockchains, therefore we are unable to delete this personal information. Please note that even If you delete your Wallet or addresses from our app, uninstall our app from your device, or request that your information be deleted, we still may retain some information that you have provided to us to maintain our Services or to comply with the laws and regulations to which our Services is subject. We are committed to making sure your information is protected in accordance with applicable laws and our data privacy policies. We have selected third-party platform that use the blockchain networks or provide the blockchain services, including Ethereum, PAXFUL, and other blockchains, that help us keep your Personal Information safe. Unfortunately, we do not control these third parties and therefore cannot guarantee complete security. We work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of your personal information and secure all connections with industry standard transport layer security. Even with all these precautions, we cannot fully guarantee against the access, disclosure, alteration, or deletion of data through events, including but not limited to hardware or software failure or unauthorized use. We are especially sensitive about children’s information. Our Services are not designed for children, and our users must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use our services.
