To mine crypto on AmazeWallet, you’ll need AMT to mine our native chain currency, or an NFT that grants the rights to mine. Mining is the process of verifying transactions to add them to our blockchain. You can run multiple full nodes by opening separate wallets.
- Click onto the Node page
- Select between Group and Full node*
To run a full node on AmazeWallet:
- Select the Tier (Pro—requires 500 AMT, Advanced—requires 100 AMT, Entry—requires 50 AMT)
- Choose a payment method (AMT or NFT)
- Ensure you have sufficient gas for the transaction (usually 0.01 AMT)
- Click confirm
- Congratulations, you can share with your friends!
- Open the app daily to mine blocks****
- View your progress on the explorer: mainnet.amazechain.com*****
- Save or cash out your mined AMT******
To create an new mining group on AmazeWallet:
- Click on Create a new Group
- Select the group name and icon
- Enter the amount of AMT you wish to use (1-49 AMT)**
- Ensure you have sufficient gas for the transaction (usually 0.01 AMT)***
- Confirm the group setup
- Share the link to invite people
- Once the group completes (50 AMT), it’ll activate
To join an existing mining group on AmazeWallet:
- Select the group you want to join
- Enter the amount of AMT you wish to use (depending on the remaining balance)
- Ensure you have sufficient gas for the transaction (usually 0.01 AMT)
- Confirm the process
- Share the link to invite people (if group is incomplete)
- Once the group completes (50 AMT), it’ll activate
* Note: A full node means a mining node on AmazeChain that runs on mobile, which can broadcast transactions, verify ZK proofs and generate blocks. It is locked in a smart contract for 12 months. Group mining allows you to mine with others, which activates when the sum of all committed AMT totals 50 and where crypto is distributed according to each members’ amount.
** Note: You can get AMT on Android and iOS. Please use the relevant guide.
*** Note: Any transaction on a blockchain, such as sending or receiving crypto or NFTs, and activating a smart contract (which the mining uses), requires a small amount of the native chain currency (e.g. Ether for the Ethereum network). On AmazeChain this is AMT. Our chain is efficient, and should require less than $0.01 in gas fees to transact.
**** Note: Mining on AmazeChain distributes a fixed amount of AMT depending on your Tier (Pro Node, Advanced Node, Entry Node or Group Node). Blocks are produced roughly every 8 seconds and the mechanism by which nodes are chosen to mine the next block is passive—you do not have control over it, but should ensure your internet connection is strong and the app is open. Each mined block generates 0.00208333 AMT for Advanced and Pro Nodes, and 0.000025 for Entry Nodes. Entry Nodes can mine a maximum of 500 blocks per day, while Advanced and Pro Nodes can mine 500 AMT per day. Rough estimates are that Pro nodes distribute 0.625 AMT every 3 days if you are mining the maximum daily blocks. Advanced nodes distribute 1 AMT every month, and Entry Nodes distribute 1 AMT every 45 days. Mining less results in less frequent distribution.
***** Note: Visit mainnet.amazechain.com, and click on the block to view the miner.
***** Note: Anything you do in the app, from chatting to using your wallet, browsing the web or reading news will keep the node active.
****** Note: To withdraw AMT, you will need to open an account on BitMart or Coinstore and deposit AMT before swapping to USDT. You can sell that USDT for fiat currency (USD, GBP etc.) on a centralised exchange.
