RISK WARNING ON DIGITAL PAYMENT TOKEN SERVICES

This risk disclosure statement provides you with information about some of the risks associated with trading digital payment token (DPT) and the use of other services provided by [Amazing Foundation Limited] (AMT), Before you pay AMT any money or DPT, you should consider the following:

1. You should not transact in the DPT if you are not familiar with this DPT. This includes how the DPT is created, and how the DPT you intend to transact is transferred or held by AMT. Trading in DPTs entails significant risks of financial loss as the markets can be volatile and prices can fluctuate significantly at any given moment. This will result in abnormal market conditions such as volatile price movements. AMT makes no representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the performance of any DPT offered or that such DPT will always be available for trading.
2. You should be aware that the value of DPTs may fluctuate greatly due to various factors. DPT transactions are generally occurring on online, end-user-to-end-user networks that host public transaction ledgers and the source code that comprises the basis for the cryptographic and algorithmic protocols governing the relevant DPT. Such cryptography used to secure the digital transactions is nonetheless vulnerable to hacking and malware. As DPTs are created, issued, transmitted and stored according to protocols run by computers in the DPT network, it is possible that these protocols may have hidden flaws that could result in the loss of some or all of the assets held. There may also be network scale attacks against these protocols or server hosts that result in the loss of some or all of the assets. You should buy DPTs only if you are prepared to accept the risk of losing all of the money you put into such tokens.
3. You should be aware that technology difficulties experienced by AMT may precent your access or use of any DPT. In this regard, AMT may from time to time perform maintenance to its platform or in relation to any of the services offered. Such downtime on the platform and services may potentially result in a delay of your trading of any DPT offered. As highlighted above, the services offered by AMT may be subject to hacking or other types of attacks and fraud. There is a risk of counterparties (such as exchanges or custodians) or wallets being hacked or shut down, with the consequence of entities using such third parties or wallets (including AMT) losing their crypto assets, crypto related instruments such as derivatives and cash balances. Some counterparties offer insurances, which may not be adequate to cover the entirety of any loss(es) suffered.
4. You should be aware that AMT may offer technology services related to DPTs which are promoted as having a stable value, commonly known as “stablecoin”. In this regard, some DPTs are quite liquid whilst others may be thinly traded or illiquid. In this regard, AMT does not guarantee any profit from trading or any other activity associated with the services provided by AMT. You are responsible to make your own evaluations with regards to trading in any DPT and should be prepared to take on the risks associated with dealing in any DPT.
